Hispanic Health Council has a proud 25 year history of serving the community
well. Shared values represent the written and unwritten rules that help
guide and coordinate everyday action in a complex and changing world.

at the Hispanic Health Council and what will unify our team of workers

Our work is driven by the needs of our community. We must listen carefully
to all voices, those that are clear and prominent and those that are
not. Ever changing, our community is active and dynamic. This calls for
the highest commitment to building mutual respect, inclusion and cultural
proficiency. Therefore, we must remain open to new ideas and issues;
stay creative and flexible in the face of change in order to ensure the
needs of our constituents and the Hispanic Health Council are jointly
