Women in RecoveryThis program helps mothers in recovery to comply with parenting treatment plans developed by the state Department of Children and Families. The program provides home-based educational parenting services with a strong focus on supporting success in recovery, building economic security and developing parenting and life skills.

Love and SecurityThis is a program for adolescent parents engaged with the state Department of Children and Families. Through home-based educational parenting services, teen mothers learn to meet the challenges of being at once a child and a parent, build economic security and develop parenting and life skills.

Nurturing Families Network
This program is part of a statewide network of parenting support programs that use tested educational criteria. Through this network the Hispanic Health Council offers: Intensive Home Visiting: Weekly home visits for up to five years to at-risk first-time parents. Nurturing Parents Program: Weekly parenting support groups conducted in Spanish.
