Hartford's New Mayor Visits HHCDuring a tour of city cooling centers, Hartford Mayor Pedro Segarra stopped in at the Hispanic Health Council or a bottle of cold water and a chat with a local family. Many Hartford residents found relief from the heat in the HHC's lobby during the record-setting summer heat.
